Hi, I'm Roo!
I'm a solo parent to my little queen, Boudica, and I've been crafting since I could get my hands to do what I wanted. For over 15 years, I've been running stalls, sharing my handmade creations, trying multiple crafts from felting, sewing and now I am happy to have settled on Resin flower art as it combines so many of my passions! I continue to build on my sewing skills and working with reclaimed and traditional fabrics.
The flower art helps me to find my flow state even surrounded by the chaos of colour, forest bits, and treasures from the garden. Nature is a huge inspiration — foraging, preserving, and arranging flora and insects has shaped the way I design and curate my shop. I studied and practice (when I can!) Ethnobotany, the ways humans interact with the natural world surrounding and within us.
Alongside my own handmade pieces, I carefully select and design products that i get made by a manufacturer in India. They share my love for quality, practical design, and beauty.
I hope my shop feels like a little patch of creativity, colour, and wonder — somewhere you can discover items that bring joy, inspiration, and a touch of nature into your home.
